Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important for us. We are committed to protecting any information you provide us. All collected data will be used for the sole and express purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share our customer information with anyone.

 

Shipping Information

  • We only ship to continental United States on Mondays and Tuesdays (unless these days are holidays) to avoid weekend overlays!

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm CST on a Monday will be shipped the next day, on Tuesday. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Monday (if not, the following Tuesday, depending on the order volume that week.)

  • We offer UPS 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air options for nationwide shipping.

  • With 2nd Day Air shipping, your macarons are expected to arrive in 2 business days after they are shipped. For example, if you place your order on Wednesday and select 2nd Day Air, your macarons will be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday) and are expected to arrive on Wednesday (or Thursday).

  • With 3rd Day Air shipping, your macarons are expected to arrive in 3 business days after they are shipped. For example, if you place your order on Wednesday and select 3rd Day Air, your macarons will be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday) and are expected to arrive on Thursday (or Friday).

  • For Minnesota addresses, packages shipped via 2nd Day are expected to arrive in 1-2 business days, if shipped via 3rd Day, they are expected to arrive in 2-3 business days. 

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Carousel Macarons is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to the carriers or incorrect/incomplete addresses. Once the order is shipped customer will receive an email which includes a tracking number. 

  • Customers may reach out (via email to info@carouselmacarons.com) to expedite their orders or defer shipping to a future date. While we can't guarantee all requests, we'll do our best to accommodate these custom inquiries.​

  • Primarily we use UPS as our nationwide shipping partner (in some circumstances, especially in high season, we may use USPS for some of the deliveries).

  • We do not take responsibilities for delays or damage in transit caused by weather, high package volumes, natural disasters, local/national carrier mis-handling, mis-scans or inaccurate and incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person (working on behalf of the national carrier) and is therefore entirely outside our control. By placing your order, you are confirming that you understand this situation. â€‹

  • Our macarons are shipped in an insulated bag to preserve their freshness and taste. Each shipping box also comes with ice packs which help your macarons to stay cold during the transit and maybe thawed by the time your package arrives. For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5 days of delivery. They can be alternatively frozen upon arrival up to 2 months. If you will be storing them in the refrigerator, please use an air-tight container and allow 10 minutes to rest at room temperature, or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

Return Policy

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
